Tahini and date is the oldest combination in the Levant — spread on bread, drizzled over bowls, gifted at harvest. We take that tradition and format it as a bar: a thick seam of cold-pressed Palestinian sesame tahini piped through our Medjool paste, set in a mould, then coated in 34% single-origin white chocolate. The sesame seeds on top are toasted in-house at 160°C until golden. No emulsifiers, no vanilla extract, no soy lecithin. A bar with cultural roots and a flavour profile that cannot be found anywhere else in the region.
