Our Coconut Cloud Bar was born from a simple question: what if the best coconut-chocolate bar in the world had no refined sugar at all? We blend Medjool date paste with toasted desiccated coconut from Sri Lanka, press it into a rectangular mould, and dip it twice in 70% dark chocolate for a thick, even coat. Topped with a single toasted coconut shaving. Sold individually or in boxes of six — a bar that converts Bounty skeptics on the first bite.
