We cold-brew single-origin Ethiopian espresso for 18 hours, then fold the concentrate into our slow-pressed Medjool paste before it sets. The result is a bar with an intense, layered flavour: first the fruit, then the coffee, then the bitterness of 85% cacao. It contains naturally occurring caffeine from the espresso — a clean, sustained energy hit with no added sugar, no emulsifiers, and no artificial flavour. Dusted with 24-carat gold cocoa powder and packaged in a matte black foil wrapper. Not sold anywhere else in the Middle East.
